FreeKundli.ai refunds may be considered for failed payments, duplicate payments, non-delivery of paid digital services or verified technical issues. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method through the payment gateway and bank timelines.

This Refund Policy explains how refunds, cancellations and payment-related issues are handled for paid services on FreeKundli.ai, including detailed Kundli reports, AI astrology chat credits, premium questions, consultation services and other digital offerings.

1. Digital Service Nature

FreeKundli.ai provides digital astrology services. Once a Kundli report, AI response, premium question answer, downloadable report, or consultation service has been generated, accessed, delivered, consumed or completed, it may not be eligible for refund unless required by law or unless a verified technical issue prevented delivery.

2. Refund Eligibility

A refund may be considered if payment was deducted but the paid service was not delivered, the same order was charged more than once, the transaction failed but the amount was debited, credits were not added due to a verified technical issue, or a consultation could not be delivered due to platform-side unavailability.

3. Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds will generally not be available for incorrect birth details entered by the user after report generation, dissatisfaction with interpretative astrology insights, change of mind after purchase, AI chat credits already used, questions already answered, reports already downloaded or accessed, consultations already completed, promotional/free credits, or issues caused by user-side device, internet, email, or login problems.

4. Incorrect Birth Details

Kundli accuracy depends on the birth date, birth time and birth place provided by the user. If incorrect details are submitted and the report is generated, the order may not qualify for a refund. Users should carefully verify details before submitting or purchasing a paid report.

5. Failed or Duplicate Payments

If your amount was debited but the order was not confirmed, please wait for the payment gateway and bank status to update. If the payment is confirmed but the service was not delivered, contact support with the payment ID, order ID, registered email/mobile number, amount, date of transaction and screenshot. Duplicate successful payments for the same service may be reviewed and refunded where verified.

6. Razorpay Refund Processing

If payment was made through Razorpay and a refund is approved by FreeKundli.ai, the refund will be initiated through Razorpay to the original payment method used for the transaction. Final credit timelines may depend on Razorpay, banking partners, payment mode and the user's bank or card issuer.

7. Refund Timeline

Once a refund request is approved, FreeKundli.ai will initiate the refund within 5–7 business days. After initiation, the amount may take additional time to reflect in the original payment source depending on the bank, UPI provider, card network or payment gateway timeline. Normal refunds through Razorpay may take around 7–10 business days to reflect after processing.

8. How to Request a Refund

Email support@freekundli.ai with the subject line "Refund Request - FreeKundli.ai". Include your registered email/mobile number, order ID, Razorpay payment ID if available, service purchased, transaction amount, date of payment, screenshot/proof of payment and a clear reason for the refund request.

9. Review and Approval

Refund requests are reviewed manually. FreeKundli.ai may ask for additional details to verify the transaction, service delivery status, usage status, and eligibility. Submission of a refund request does not guarantee approval.

10. Cancellation Policy

Digital services that are instantly generated or consumed cannot usually be cancelled after payment confirmation. Consultation bookings may be rescheduled or cancelled as per the rules shown at the time of booking, if applicable.

11. Chargebacks and Disputes

If you face a payment issue, please contact FreeKundli.ai support first so that we can verify the order and assist you. Razorpay is a payment solution provider and cannot issue merchant refunds on its own without the merchant's approval.
